Really enjoyed our week here. It made a great base to explore the surrounding area. The pool was also great to spend a few hours with the kids. Very well equipped kitchen , comfy beds, nice garden area and very private. We hope to return! Thanks

Compleet en onafhankelijk huisje waar je je snel thuis voelt met mooi uitzicht. Een relatief rustig dorp net buiten de drukte van de kust maar overl dichtbij. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met de buurt en is wat verderop dus geen apero aan het zwembad.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au gîte. La maison est très confortable, bien équipée et la terrasse offre une vue incroyable sur le village de Biot. La piscine est un vrai plus pour se détendre après une journée de randonnée. Louis et Sylvie sont des hôtes adorables. Ils nous ont donné les bons plans, les lieux à voir. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Der perfekte Urlaub in Frankreich

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus von Sylvie und Louis verbracht. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Blick von der großen Holzterrasse auf Biot ist einzigartig! Dank der vielen Insidertipps von Sylvie und Louis waren wir für unsere Ausflüge bestens gerüstet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist außerdem noch der Gemeinschaftspool, den wir abends zur Abkühlung genutzt haben. Liebe Sylvie, lieber Louis, vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub an der Cote d´Azur! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können euer Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Beau logement, bien équipé, et vue superbe sur Biot. À proximité de plusieurs attraits touristiques.

Nous avons aimé le logement, le calme des lieux, et la beauté de la région. Les propriétaires sont réactifs, et donnent plusieurs bonnes recommandations de visites dans la région. Nous avons un peu souffert de la chaleur, peut-être mettre un climatisation au niveau des chambres ? Merci à Sylvie et Louis!

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Von der großen Terasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf Biot und ins Grüne. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und die Kommunikation funktionierte reibungslos. Das Haus war allerdings ohne Hinweise der Vermieter nicht eigenständig zu finden. Die Vermieter haben uns am Parkplatz in Empfang genommen. Das Haus und der Außenbereich sind geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Auch in der Küche fehlte für eine gute Selbstversorgung nichts. Mit dem Auto sind die umliegenden Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Es war für uns deshalb ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Great house for a holiday week

We had a very nice week with our two young boys (2 years and 3 years). The distance to the village is very convenient. Swimming pool is very close by. House was perfect and exactly as we expected based on the pictures. The hosts are also very kind and the communication went very smooth.

A perfect summer vacation

We (2 adults and 2 children (10 and 16)) spent 2 weeks in the lovely appartment in Biot. The appartment is located in a small neighborhood in Biot and surrounded by plants, so you are on your own. The nicley shared swimming pool area is 50 meters away. The appartment has everything you need to cater yourself. Monaco (1 hour ride) or St. Tropez (1,5 hour ride) are ideal for daytrips. Nizza and Cannes are 20 Minutes away. Sylvie and Louis are nicely hosts that gave us further ideas for trips to in the surroundings. We enjoyed our summer vacatin very much!

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf Biot

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit einem kleinen Garten. Nach Biot kann man bequem laufen und die schöne Altstadt von Antibes ist ebenfalls in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Sylvie und Louis waren sehr bemüht und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben.

Agréable séjour à Biot

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines , la maison et le petit jardin sont très agréables à vivre (on se croirait presque chez soi) avec une vue imprenable sur le village de Biot, nous avons également profité de la piscine en exclusivité en cette saison. Très bon séjour !!

Nous y avons passé deux très belles semaines! La maison est agréablement située dans un quartier très calme et à proximité du centre du village de Biot (tout en étant assez à l’écart pour être au calme)et à quelques minutes de la mer. Les commerces sont accessibles à pied. La terrasse offre une très belle vue sur Biot. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et vous proposeront volontiers les activités à faire dans le coin. Bref, tout était réuni pour un séjour parfait !

Arrêtez de chercher, vous avez trouvé!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans la maison de Sylvie et Louis. Ce sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés (conseils de visites, bouteille de vin et pot de miel à l’arrivée- tous excellents), et la maison est très agréable. Elle est très bien située, au calme mais près d’activités variées. La terrasse et le jardin sont un vrai paradis, avec une vue imprenable sur Biot. La piscine est la cerise sur le gâteau, les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié. Elle est peu fréquentée et la température de l’eau est parfaite. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps, ce sera pour une prochaine fois!

Un petit coin de paradis !

Charmante petite maison où il fait bon vivre, on ne se lasse pas de la vue imprenable sur Biot, la terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables, nous n’avons pas souffert de la chaleur car la maison est dans un écrin de verdure et il y a toujours une petite brise bien agréable. Grâce aux conseils de Sylvie et Louis nous avons pu découvrir de magnifiques endroits de cette belle région.

Vacances au top

Un immense merci à Sylvie et Louis pour leur gentillesse. Nous avons été accueillis par des personnes attentionnées qui nous ont permis de passer un superbe séjour grâce à leurs idées de balades magnifiques. La maison est exactement comme sur l'annonce. La vue est magnifique et quel plaisir de contempler la vue du village de biot illuminé le soir. Nos filles de 9 et 12 ans ont profité de la piscine très peu fréquentée et très agréable. Je recommande à 1000% ce séjour.

Charmante maison, très calme, bien située face à Biot

Nous avons passé un séjour fort sympathique dans cette charmante petite maison, bien ombragée et joliment aménagée. Tout le nécessaire est présent dans la maison, y compris un lave linge et une plancha! Les propriétaires Sylvie et Louis nous ont indiqués pleins de bons plans pour visiter Biot et ses alentours, ce qui est fort appréciable lorsqu’on ne connaît pas le coin. La piscine partagée située en contrebas de la maison est grande et peu fréquentée, donc bien agréable.
