Escape to this beautiful 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome in scenic Selbyville, nestled in the premier Bayside Resort and Golf Club. Designed to be your true home away from home. This spacious retreat sleeps up to 10 people, features a fully stocked kitchen, multiple comfortable living areas both with 5 TV's, Wifi, a view of the pond, a dedicated parking spot (additional street parking nearby) and more. The bedrooms include 2 king beds, 1 queen, 1 full, and 1 set of bunk beds (full over full)—perfect for family groups. Unwind completely in the luxurious primary bedroom, which boasts a private soaking tub ideal for relaxing after a day of coastal adventures or step outside to enjoy the peaceful serenity of the serene pond right in your backyard.

Whether you want a jam-packed adventure or to completely shut down and unwind, our world-class neighborhood offers it all: 2 spectacular outdoor pools, splash zone, Health & Aquatics center with fitness center, indoor pool, sauna and hot tub, premier tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, kayak/paddle boards and beach shuttle. To enjoy Bayside Resort's world class amenities, the resort requires the purchase of guest passes for each guest over the age of 4 (4 and under are free). There are two options for purchase; 3 consecutive day for $70 and/or 7 consecutive day passes for $115. Resort passes are non-refundable.

Bayside also features the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, Signatures restaurant at the Clubhouse, 38 Degrees restaurant & bar at the Point on the bay, nature trails and stocked fishing ponds through-out the neighborhood. If you are interested in live music, Bayside is also the home of the Freeman Arts Pavilion where you can attend a Summer concert or performance. You can purchase tickets directly on the Freeman Arts Pavilion website.

Just a few miles away, you can enjoy local beaches, shops, dining, water sports, mini-golf, arcades, outlets and more! You truly get the best of both worlds here, and you are sure to make fantastic memories!

Beautifully appointed large family vacation home that I highly recommend for a relaxing family vacation. The host is wonderful to interact with and has gone to great lengths to make your stay enjoyable. The house is located in a charming beach community with private pools, fitness center, tennis/pickleball courts, restaurants and shuttle to the beach. Everything you need for a relaxing and fun filled vacation is in the community. The house is only a short drive to Fenwick Island or Ocean City, MD for a fun day at the beach or you can hop on the shuttle. We loved our vacation and will definitely return to Bayside!

The host - Dana was excellent. Her communication prior to our visit and during our visit was prompt and informative. Her welcome letter was extremely detailed and helpful. She was gracious and always available.The property - The accommodations were wonderful. The furnishings were very nice, the beds were all very comfortable, and the home is very spacious, We traveled with six adults and three children. It was our first family vacation with our daughters, son-in-laws, and our three granddaughters. We couldn't have selected a better place to stay. We enjoyed spending time in the small family room off the kitchen with the views of the pond. It was a convenient spot to gather and watch TV and have snacks with the family. The spacious family room with the large flat screen tv was a great place to watch sports. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels for the stay, and all the comforts of home.The resort - The resort is wonderful. Plenty of options for everyone. The pools were a great option for all of us to enjoy a day in the sun. The point provided a great option to go to a small beach area for small children without leaving the resort. My 4 1/2 year old granddaughter loved fishing with Pop Pop. The golf course provides a challenging day of golf as well. The location - Close to all major beaches so you have your choice with a short ride.My 4 1/2 year old granddaughter summed it up nicely "This is the best house of my life"

The house was laid perfectly for our needs. We had 5 children under 8 and we had everything we needed. First time we had a crock pot provided by host. Host extremely responsive.

The property was clean and well stocked with everything that our family could need and more.The owner was responsive and thoughtful. We really enjoyed the amenities including the pools, biking, and kayaking. The neighborhood was pleasant and the people were friendly.
