Villa Vineta Appartement 02

Holiday Apartment 02, which measures 55 m², is located on the ground floor of the house and features a cosy living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, two bedrooms (double beds, and in the larger bedroom, a cot and a changing table for young guests), a sunny, west-facing terrace surrounded by greenery, and a bathroom with a shower. The beds in the bedrooms are raised for easy access. The apartment is suitable for people with allergies. Free Wi-Fi and a private parking space are also included. The building features washing machines, dryers, and a spacious sauna. The perfect location right on the promenade is just a stone’s throw from the beach and the Baltic Sea. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

The historic Villa Vineta, situated in a prominent location directly on the beach in the seaside resort of Bansin, is one of the most beautiful houses on Usedom’s coast. Spectacular views of the Baltic Sea or Schloonsee.

Villa Vineta features a spacious Finnish sauna (coin-operated) with a relaxation room.

Hallo nach Usedom, uns hat es bei Ihnen sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hauses direkt an der Promenade ist natürlich unschlagbar. Wir wollten einmal Rühreier zum Frühstück machen, haben aber keine Bratpfanne finden können. Mit dem Bett im kleinen Schlafzimmer haben wir kleinere Probleme gehabt. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Es hat uns rundum gut bei Ihnen gefallen und würden auch wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße aus Leipzig Familie Manfred Foth

Super Ferienwohnung, alles tiptop, Sauna war erholsam, die Energien in der Ferienwohnung sehr weich und einladend. Wir haben direkt für nächstes Jahr gebucht. Top Lage direkt zwischendurch See und Ostsee im wunderschönen Bansin.

Zur Sauberkeit: Die Gegenstände auf der Terrasse (Möbel, Grill, Sonnenschirme) waren verschmutzt (Spinnenweben, Laub, Sand, Staub), auch in der Wohnung war es nur mittelmäßig sauber, der Wird hat den Schmutz von der Terrasse in die Wohnung geweht. Unabhängig davon sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten uns auf dieser Seite auch beim Vermieter bedanken für die TOP Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung. Ein Manko ist von meiner Seite aus gesehen die Höhe Kurtaxe für Kinder ab 6 Jahre, zumal gerade jetzt in der Vorsaison für Kinder noch keine Angebote bestehen und auch Spielplätze wie in Heringsdorf fehlen, beziehungsweise abgerissen und nicht erneuert wurden. Vielleicht könnten sie dies mal weiterleiten. Dies ist nicht gerade Kinderfreundlich.

War alles so weit in Ordnung. Wie mein Schwager, der am Freitag den Schlüssel gebracht hat, mitgeteilt hat, muss der Esszimmer Stuhl, auf dem die Kissenbezüge liegen, dringend gelaimt werden. Vermutlich wurde dieser Fehler ihnen bisher noch nicht gemeldet. Auf der Terrasse ist ein Wespennest am Stahlgestänge zwischen App 01 und App 02. Mein Schwager logiert seit Jahren im App 19 und findet gut, dass zu dem App Fahrrädern und ein Strandkorb gehören. Die noch zur Anregung Grüße Wilfried Korff
