Enjoy a relaxing family vacation in our simple, 3-room, non-smoking vacation rental, which features free Wi-Fi (no refunds or replacements will be provided in the event of service disruptions) and a dog-friendly environment. We simply ask that you bring a blanket for the sofa and a dog bed for your four-legged friend. The apartment offers plenty of space for the whole family, including the southeast-facing terrace. The apartment spans two levels and is connected by a spiral staircase, which gives it a special charm.
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for this apartment. The shared laundry room in the basement with coin-operated machines and the bike storage room are very convenient.

Arrive and feel right at home—the beds will already be freshly made upon your arrival, and towels will be provided. The linens package includes two hand towels and one bath towel per person, as well as one bath mat and one dish towel per apartment. The linens package is automatically included in the booking price.

The two apartment buildings at Hauptstraße 20 are surrounded by a well-maintained green space. Since most of the 2- to 6-person apartments are furnished with similar amenities, they are particularly well-suited for (extended) families and groups. Building 20 features a shared laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and coin-operated machines, so you don’t have to pack your suitcase too full—you can conveniently do your laundry here. The same room also features a ping-pong table and a foosball table. If it happens to rain, you can play a few intense matches here. The 1.5 km to the beach is a quick ride by bike, so you can enjoy the Timmendorfer lifestyle and a bit of beach action during the day. You can conveniently park your bikes in front of the house at one of the bike racks. There’s also a shared bike storage room accessible via the underground parking garage. Each vacation apartment comes with a designated parking space, which may be located in the outdoor parking lot or in the underground garage. The underground garage features parking bays and duplex parking spaces (for cars with a maximum length of 5 m, width of 2.36 m, and height of 1.5 m). Why not pay our neighbors a visit?
