The holiday home by the lighthouse is located in the Dünenresidenz in Glowe on a well-maintained, 570-square-meter lawn, just about 250 metres from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. This non-smoking house has a living area of approximately 100 square metres spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. The house features a terrace with a large umbrella, patio furniture, a beach chair, and lounge chairs, as well as a charcoal grill. On the property, there is a wooden garden shed for storing bicycles as well as a parking space for a car.

The house’s 4 rooms are spread across two Ebenen.Im The upper floor has 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms, each with a double bed (180x200 cm); 1 room with a narrow double bed (140x200 cm). Two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony. There is also a bathroom on the upper floor with a shower, toilet, and two sinks. All windows on the upper floor are equipped with fly screens. On the ground floor, there is a large living and dining room with an open, modern built-in kitchen; a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink; and an utility room with a washing machine, dryer, freezer, and heating system. The entire house has tiled floors with underfloor heating. The dining table seats 6 people; the glassed-in bay window, which features additional dining space, is a wonderful spot to have breakfast and enjoy the morning sun. There is a sofa set with a coffee table and an armchair, as well as a 40-inch LCD TV with a DVD/CD player and a 4-in-1 stereo system. The TV can be connected to any other device via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. A wood-burning stove is available for cool evenings. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and range hood. Small appliances, such as a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, and hand blender, are also provided.
