Located on the outskirts of the small village of Dubnitz, this newly built holiday home sits on a large, well-maintained property. The house can accommodate 4 people. Unwind on the terrace and enjoy the large garden. You can store your bicycles in the separate outbuilding right next to the house, and parking spaces are available on the property.

The “Berta” holiday home, with 70 square metres of living space, accommodates 4 people across 2 floors.
On the lower level, there is a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a dining table. A modern, country-style built-in kitchen is integrated into the living area.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a TV.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower. A hair dryer is provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
There is also a patio with patio furniture and a grill.
A washing machine with a built-in dryer is available for guests’ use in the house. A cot and a high chair are provided.
