It is situated in a very quiet area near a forest. Not far from the house are the flint fields—unique in Europe—and the Sassnitz-Mukran ferry terminal, with ferry connections to Sweden and Denmark.
The charming, bungalow-style Sol holiday home is a detached house with a garden and offers an ideal holiday home for families, those seeking peace and quiet, beachgoers, as well as surfers and fishing enthusiasts.
There are numerous shopping options and restaurants in the port city of Sassnitz, located about 3 km away, featuring an impressive beach and harbour promenade with a pier and a historic old town. However, your breakfast bakery is right on your doorstep—the Peters Bakery, with its cosy café and large sun terrace overlooking the ferry port, is just a 5-minute morning walk away.
