In the 2-room holiday apartment on the 5th floor (the lift goes up to the 4th floor; from there, take the stairs), our guests can enjoy a romantic view of the North Sea towards Neuwerk. The holiday apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and is ideal for families or couples. The apartment itself features cosy furnishings and a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Its location near the beach makes it easy to take spontaneous trips to the beach and strolls to the nearby Kugelbake, Cuxhaven’s landmark.

The apartment does not come equipped with bed linens and towels, but these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

Special Features
The holiday apartment offers an unbeatable wellness package: If the weather takes a turn for the worse, all guests of the property can use the swimming pool, sauna, and whirlpool free of charge. If guests have questions about their holiday, they can ask the staff at the property’s front desk for advice every day. A parking space in the underground garage is also included in the price. Starting May 18, 2026, a beach chair on Döser’s sandy beach is included through the end of September.
