Wenn man auf Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool, Saunen,Tischtennisraum und Fitnessraum Wert legt sowie dass man nahe am Strand ist und wen Hochhäuser nicht stören, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Von hier kann man gut Duhnen, Sahlenburg,und Cuxhaven erreichen.
