With approximately 76 m² of space, this cosy and light-filled holiday apartment can accommodate up to 2 people—ideal for couples or singles. Here, our guests enjoy an excellent location right on the waterfront along the Elbe River. The highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the stunning view of the international shipping lane. Shipping enthusiasts will be in their element in this holiday rental.

Key pickup takes place exclusively at our rental office at Nordfeldstr. 22a, 27476 Cuxhaven Döse.
The apartment is not equipped with bed linens or towels; these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

Special features
In this front-row holiday rental, our guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the World Shipping Route. The apartment also features its own underground car park (no lift from the garage!) and an lift starting on the ground floor inside the building. In the evening, the on-site restaurant, Seeterrassen, invites you to enjoy a delicious dinner.
A bike storage room and a sauna (for a fee) are also available. The building no longer has a washing machine.

Balcony/Terrace
The kitchen leads out to the spacious balcony, which is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. Our guests get their day off to a perfect start with an al fresco breakfast and a fabulous view of the international shipping lane.

Wir fanden die Wohnung leider nicht sehr sauber vor. Überall an den Decken Spinnen und Spinnweben.Im Bad waren Silberfische.Das Bett ist an der Seite mit grauem Klebeband geklebt, die Schlösser im Schrank herausgerissen. Auf dem Balkon wuchert das Unkraut, damit sehr viel Ungeziefer.Es gab nur 2Teelöffel, die erst nach unserer Abreise, 14 Tage Aufenthalt , ersetzt werden sollten. Blick und Lage super
