Tolle helle Wohnung mit Aussicht und einem Bad mit Fenster. Gaststätten und Cafe`s im fußläufigen Umkreis sehr gut zu erreichen. Busverbindung zum Strand auch in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Tiefgaragenparkplatz mit Aufzug auch für Leute (und Hunde) die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind optimal zugänglich.

Hallo, die Ferienwohnung ist tip top, schön eingerichtet und super sauber. Da die Wohnung in der 4 Etage ist, ist der Blick auf den Weltschifffartsweg ist toll. Die Alte Liebe ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Leider befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus eine Großbaustelle (die wohl noch 2 Jahre andauert) von der man um 7 Uhr geweckt wird.☹️ Wenn das Haus nebenan steht, würden wir auf jeden Fall die Wohnung noch einmal buchen.

Die Küche ist auch komplett ausgestattet sogar mit Filterkaffeemaschine, Padmaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, gutes Geschirr, scharfe gute Messer. So gelingt das Frühstück im Urlaub wunderbar. Nicht zu vergessern die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf die Elbe und Kugelbake. Die Alte Liebe in der Nähe und gute Restaurants - was will man mehr Danke für den Sevice

Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass die Verwaltung der Wohnung für den Checkin etwas von der Wohnung abgelegen liegt. Wäsche kostet entgegen der Bilder auf AirBnB zusätzlich, Kurtaxe wird zusätzlich über ein separates Portal abgeführt.
