Sowohl die Kurparkresidenz als auch das Appartement an sich waren extrem (!) sauber. Auch ganz Cuxhaven ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand. Absolut empfehlenswert

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt, hell und ruhig. Strand und der zu der Wohnung gehörende Strandkorb sind gut zu erreichen. Großes Badezimmer mit vielen Steckdosen und Ablageflächen. Anlage ist insgesamt sehr seniorengerecht. Auch das Badezimmer. Stauraum ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Sehr schönes Schwimmbad. Der dazu gehörende Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist auch für ein großes Auto geeignet. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist super.
