Located in Coronado with great bay and city views, just a few yards from the sand when downstairs heading to the beach or pool. Beach toys, bikes, outdoor chairs and picnic items to make it a fun vacation. Condo has been remodeled, with privacy and TVs in each bedroom and main room. Stocked kitchen. Pools, tennis and pickleball courts, full gym, parking underground. Safe and everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. In addition to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is a top of the line pull out couch. HOA requires 28 day rental.
