Perfect for our needs

On arrival the property was very neat and clean and beautifully appointed. Everything we needed was available. It met my accessible needs perfectly. The location was excellent - a short walk to grocery, drug and gift shops, right on the main drag. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Fell in love with Coronado when we first visited 20 years ago and have been renting during the winter months ever since always dreaming of owning our own place some day. Well our dream came true. Come, stay a month and see why we love it.

What makes this property unique

The architecture and history on the island are unparalleled. Sit on the deck of the Hotel Del (built in 1888) and watch the dolphins, freighters and sailboats go by or the Navy Seals training. Take a 5 minute ferry to downtown San Diego or the world famous zoo, museums or Balboa Park. Walk or bike everywhere because who wants to drive or be in a car when you’re on vacation. It rarely rains and the temperature averages 70 degrees all year round. It’s paradise.
