The Space:

This Daytona Beach condo offers a relaxing and fun space. It has two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, suitable for families or groups. The Master Bedroom features a KING bed, while the Guest Bedroom has a QUEEN bed and a TWIN bed. Both bedrooms ensure a restful sleep. The condo also includes a Full and a Half bathroom. Enjoy the open living area for gathering.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to all the amenities at the condo building, including the outdoor pool, and beach access.

Other Things to Note:

Per HOA policy: No smoking anywhere on the property, you have to go to the beach, toes on the sand or to the public sidewalk out front next to A1A. There is no hanging towels from the railings and no glass in the pool area. They also want only registered guests to use the pool, no pool parties.



For the safety of everyone and to comply with fire codes, all walkways, stairwells, and railings must stay completely clear of obstacles at all times. Nothing may be stored or left on the walkways, stairwells, or railings.



Laundry is a community laundry, coin-operated not in-unit laundry. There's only one guest parking space, no additional guest parking on site and no oversized vehicles are allowed. There's height restriction of 8’2”. One This property is not suitable for someone who can’t navigate stairs as you have to go up one flight of stairs to get to the front door and then inside the unit you have to go upstairs to get to the bedrooms.
