Welcome to our exquisite holiday apartment “Sünneck” (Apartment 2) in the Deichsfenne building. With a 4-star DTV rating and a total of 618 points, we offer you comfortable, high-quality accommodation for your holiday.<br>The light-filled apartment is approximately 60 m² and is ideal for up to 4 people. A spacious southwest-facing terrace with cosy seating, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a magnificent beach chair invites you to linger and is accessible at ground level from the living area.<br>The living room features a comfortable seating area with a coffee table and a multimedia system with an LED flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player. The fully equipped built-in kitchen with high-quality cookware leaves nothing to be desired: a large refrigerator with a 90-liter freezer compartment, an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Senseo coffee pod machine, toaster, and electric kettle. A cosy dining area with a corner bench provides space for shared meals.<br>The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in wellness shower, a vanity with a cabinet, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a toilet.<br>The two bedrooms offer the highest level of sleeping comfort. The east-facing bedroom features two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm, with adjustable slatted frames) and an LED TV. The south-facing bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) featuring electrically adjustable slatted frames. Both bedrooms have cork parquet flooring.<br>The floors in the living room, kitchen area, bathroom, and hallway are finished in elegant granite. The windows and patio door are equipped with high-quality insect screens. An additional small storage room is accessible from the hallway.<br>The apartment includes a parking space. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable garden shed or in the apartment’s private basement. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared basement for a fee. Bed linens and towels (1 large and 2 small towels per person) are included. If needed, we’re happy to provide a high chair and a cot.<br>The apartment is located in a low-traffic area, just about 100 m behind the Ordinger Deich. You can reach the vast main beach in Ording-Nord in just a few minutes.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The Deichsfenne building features 4 holiday apartments, each accommodating 4 people. The two ground-floor apartments each have a furnished terrace with a beach chair. The upstairs apartments each feature a furnished balcony. Each apartment also includes a storage room and a parking space. For a fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the basement. The house is located in a low-traffic area, just under 100 metres behind the Ording dike. You can reach the vast main beach in Ording in just a few minutes on foot. <br>The promenade in St. Peter-Ording, with its new Dünen-Therme spa and pier, is about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. Shopping facilities in the Ording district are currently under construction. (An Edeka and an Aldi store are being built here.)
