Besonders gut gefallen hat uns, dass schöne Appartment mit der eigenen Sauna. Was sie aber noch anders machen könnten ist, die Bettwäsche erneuern. Auf unseren Kissen waren Flecken drauf und die frisch bezogene Matratze war auch nicht sauber leider. Im Kinderzimmer oben an der Decke, war Schimmel. Vllt wenn man sich da kümmert und Mühe gibt. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal da und waren wieder voll zufrieden. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass es keine Fliegengitter gibt, gerade weil daneben der kleine Fluss ist. Unsere Kinder haben in einer Nacht 3 Mückenstiche bekommen.

Weniger toll fanden wir die Tatsache, dass rundherum noch Baustellenatmosphäre herrschte; was leider nicht auf der Angebotsseite benannt wurde. Außerdem war die Betreuung vor Ort im Vorfeld telefonisch wie auch vor Ort nur nach mehrmaligen Versuchen während der offiziellen Öffnungszeiten erreichbar.

Die jederzeitige Erreichbarkeit ist hervorragend. Das Resort als abgeschlossene Einheit betrachtet wäre gelungener ohne die drei Bunkertürme; trostlos, deprimierend ist indes die 70- er Jahretristess von Alt-Schillig. Wir können gut verstehen, dass Sie über Ihr weiteres unternehmerisches Engagement in Schillig nachdenken -hier hat auch Politik ihre Hausaufgaben zu machen. Wir werden nicht mehr nach Schillig kommen, wohl aber gerne wieder nach Wremen.
