The luxurious 138-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-room penthouse, sinf51-5, is located in the NordseeResort Friesland and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Of particular note is the spacious, wraparound rooftop terrace with barefoot-friendly decking, ocean views, and idyllic views of the surrounding greenery. A bathroom featuring a sauna, whirlpool tub, and rain shower, as well as a wood-burning stove, round out the cosy atmosphere.

The Location
The Sünnenschien (Sunshine) penthouse in the North Sea spa town of Horumersiel-Schillig is located on the 5th floor of Building 51. The kilometer-long sandy beach is just 200 metres away. Numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The surrounding area offers great recreational and family activities, such as the popular Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace. Our family tip: Take a guided mudflat hike!


Amenities The light-filled apartment features underfloor heating and additional wall-mounted radiators. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living area with a wood-burning stove (firewood not included), a high-quality bathroom with a shower, a whirlpool tub, and a sauna, as well as a rooftop terrace with ocean views, patio furniture, and two sun loungers. Thanks to its wraparound design and unique location, the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to relax at any time of day.
The high-quality interior also features a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine (Tassimo), smoothie maker, and toaster.Furthermore, this non-smoking apartment features a washing machine and condenser dryer, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a mini safe, a TV and hi-fi system, two TVs, and two DVD players. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A cot and a high chair can be booked for an additional fee upon request.
