The Location

The “Wattenkieker” apartment is located on the 4th floor on the north side of the complex—right on the dike in the North Sea spa town of Horumersiel-Schillig. The kilometer-long sandy beach is just 200 metres away. Numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés are within easy walking or biking distance. The surrounding area offers great recreational and family activities, such as the popular Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace. Our family tip: Take a guided mudflat hike!

The amenities

The penthouse features three separate bedrooms with either a double bed or two single beds, a living area with a wood-burning stove (firewood not included), a large, high-quality bathroom with a shower, a whirlpool tub, a sauna, and underfloor heating, another bathroom with a shower, and a rooftop terrace with patio furniture and a fantastic ocean view.

A fully equipped open-concept kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer compartment, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, a washing machine, and a TV/stereo system with DVB-T TV, as well as books, round out the apartment’s premium amenities. The windows and doors of this comfortable apartment are equipped with insect screens.

Special features

This is a non-smoking apartment that is allergy-friendly and does not allow pets. A cot and a high chair can be added to your reservation for a fee. During the summer season (Easter through the end of October), a secure bike storage room is available to you.
