Podere Nuti – 2 Beloro: Exclusive Covered Terrace, Shared Pool & Garden

Podere Nuti is a farmhouse with five independent apartments. The garden, sunbathing area, barbecue, and pool are shared among the five apartments and the owners, who live on the property and are very discreet. The pool is open from May to October 20, from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00, and is not heated. Wi-Fi is available outdoors in the common areas; it is not available inside the apartments.



"Podere Nuti – 2 Beloro" is on the ground floor, measures 50 m², and features a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. It accommodates up to 4 guests. Amenities include air conditioning, TV, and a baby cot.



This apartment offers an exclusive covered terrace with a table and chairs, reserved for guests staying here. In the shared area, you will find a large garden, barbecue, children's play area, and a sunbathing space next to the pool.



Located in Cecina, about a 10-minute drive from the sea: Cecina Mare with beach clubs and restaurants, and the long free beach of Mare Donoratico. The water park is 15 minutes away, shops are 10 minutes away. Florence and Siena are about 90 minutes, Volterra 50 minutes, and Pisa International Airport 60 minutes by car. The property has private on-site parking for 1 car. E-bike charging is available for an extra fee. Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee and have plenty of space to roam.



As a holiday home, cleaning is provided at the end of your stay. Linen and towel changes are available on request during your stay for an extra fee. Security cameras are present in the shared outdoor areas.

Erholung pur

Pros: Das Haus hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Alles war neu renoviert und einfach schön hergerichtet. Ausreichend Handtücher und sogar Seifenspender etc. wie in einem Hotel! Top Lage, man ist schnell mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad am Meer oder im Ort aber weit genug entfernt um die einmalige Ruhe zu genießen. Der Garten ist toll und es gibt für jeden eine Sitzecke/Grill und natürlich einen Pool!
