Inside, the open living space is designed for both comfort and connection. Large windows frame sweeping, unobstructed Gulf views, and you can often spot dolphins gliding through the water just offshore. The living area offers comfortable leather seating, an electric fireplace and a large Smart TV, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space, essential cookware, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher, while the dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating for four at the island—ideal for casual meals or gathering with friends and family.

The primary suite provides a restful escape with a plush king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two twin beds, making it a great option for families or additional guests.

Step outside onto your spacious private deck and start your day with a cup of coffee as the sun rises over the water. Located just two blocks from downtown and Dock Street, Paradise Palms offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. You’re within easy walking distance of Cedar Key’s charming shops, local restaurants, and waterfront attractions.

Cedar Key itself is a hidden gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast, known for its rich history, abundant wildlife, and laid-back, Old Florida charm. Once a thriving 19th-century port town, it now offers a peaceful escape where days are spent fishing, kayaking, birdwatching, or simply soaking in the natural beauty. In the evenings, the minimal light pollution makes for incredible stargazing, with clear views of the Milky Way often visible overhead.

The condo features a single-level main living area for easy comfort, though it is located in a stilted building and requires two flights of stairs to access the front door. Covered parking is available for vehicles and golf carts, and there is a dedicated area within the complex for boat and trailer parking. A Pack ’n Play is also available upon request for those traveling with little ones.

This condo was excellent! It was well-stocked with everything we needed and was very clean. The finishes were updated and it felt like it may have been recently renovated. Our favorite space was the balcony! There were at least 30 dolphins swimming and playing all day right in our view. Would definitely stay here again!

I'm not sure if I need to blame the owner or property manager but there was a damaged ceiling fan on back porch that could have removed prior to our arrival to prevent it from possibly be injured as several blade were removed and the base was hanging at almost head level. Also on Friday night the main water was spraying everywhere I notified the management company and was told they would notify maintenance and someone would be out Saturday. We went out for the day on Saturday and when we came back the water was turned off, so we figured someone was repairing it but that wasn't the case. I had to notify the management company again to notified them again,we had no water now. They responded around 6:15pm saying a plumber was on the way. And said the owner was offering the buy us dinner for the inconvenience but then we were in for the night and weren't eating dinner. So I guess since we didn't eat dinner we weren't getting any compensation, I never saw any at least. They had a roofing company working on the adjacent build that didn't bother us, but there screws very close and in our parking area. The property was clean and nice with access to the water. There was food, shops and public beach/ramp within walking distance. The island was nice but had muckie water but if your into oyster and seafood it is a good place to be. We stayed here to see if this would be our future home but wife wants clear water, so the search continues. The location isn't the owners fault. TY
