Your bright, modernly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet residential complex. This two-room apartment, which has been almost completely renovated and furnished with new furniture in every room, features a sunny south-facing balcony. It is located in Langenargen, not far from the town centre and just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Constance.

From the bedroom and living room, you have direct access to the large, covered south-facing balcony, which is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture. The high-quality sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) in the light-filled living/dining room can be converted into a sleeping area for children travelling with you, if needed. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction cooktop, dishwasher, oven, toaster, and coffee maker, offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A bathroom with a bathtub rounds out the amenities.

The apartment offers ideal conditions for a “workation” and features high-speed internet, a LAN connection in the bedroom, and a portable desk that can be set up as needed. So nothing stands in the way of your home office while on holiday.

In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the Lake Constance waterfront promenade and the centre of Langenargen.
Your accommodation serves as the perfect starting point for excursions on and around Lake Constance.

The holiday apartment includes an underground parking space, as well as a bike storage room for your bicycles. We’re happy to provide baby equipment (a cot and high chair) free of charge upon request.

Amenities for a completely carefree stay:
Upon your arrival, you’ll find freshly made beds, carefully laid out hand towels, shower towels, and tea towels, as well as a starter pack with cleaning, dishwashing, and hygiene supplies. Final cleaning, bed linens, and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed.

Important Information:
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted at this property. Flexible check-in and check-out are available seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe on-site, even a late arrival is no problem.

You have the option to use the owners’ private charging station for electric cars in the underground car park for a fee.
