There was an issue with the A/C just before we checked in, the host was very timely in reaching out and offering options. We decided to stay given our schedule would have us out most of the day anyway and things were just fine. I have one bit of feedback. A step for the bed in the pink room would be great for those shorter folks and those tall ones like me with bad hips. It was a flop and roll but I can see there being a challenge for others. My teen said: "It was fine."
