We bought our home for our daughter and for the safe,family-friendly community. Kids often play outside on our block and enjoy welcoming new guests. There are plenty of nearby paks for biking, hiking, tennis, and water activities, and we are also near a gym, grocery stores, Costco and SunSplash.

Enjoy a private tropical backyard with two hammocks, a swing bench, fire pit, BBQ, Tahitian outdoor shower, plus board games and cornhole for family fun.
