Beautiful cozy tower villa with gigantic views of the turquoise sea, towering mountains rugged cliffs that invite you to hike and mountain climb. Our Villa Rosa is located on the top of the sprawling lively urbanization of Monte Pego.
Monte Pego is located 5 km from the typical Spanish village of Pego and about 12 km from the provincial town of Denia with ferry port to Ibiza and Mallorca. To the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca in Olivia, Denia and Javea it is about 8 km. In addition, a supermarket and several other stores for daily needs are about 5 km away. A large shopping center is 12 km away, the tennis court is 2 km away and there are 2 golf courses within a radius of 12 kilometers.
Our charming Villa Rosa is well equipped to spend carefree vacations due to its spacious outdoor area with garden, large pool, whirlpool, pool house, outdoor shower, outdoor barbecue, winter garden, all-round glazed viewing pavilion and table tennis and table football. If you want to be alone, you can retreat to the garden pavilion on the mountain side. On the first floor you will find the living / dining room with open kitchen, extra room for washing machine, 2 double bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. From the kitchen and living room you can directly access the terrace with 4 x 8 m pool. Via the curved staircase upstairs you reach the large tower room with double bed, private balcony, bathroom and separate toilet.

Amazing views

This place is better in real life one of the best views you will see villa is spotless Karina & Thomas were brilliant all the time we was there kids loved it so did we will be back 👌

Alles bestens

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa auf dem Monte Pego. An Haus und Außenbereich gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Eventuell könnte man noch 2 Kochplatten in die Außenküche stellen, der Platz ist ja da. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Karina und Thomas war ausgezeichnet . Die sehr lange ausführliche Einweisungs-Nachricht der Eigentümer empfanden wir allerdings als etwas bevormundend. Es mag ja sein, dass man schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht hat, aber da können ja alle Anderen nichts dafür.

Traumhaft schön

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Rosa war sehr schön! Das Ferienhaus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und durch den Pool und den Whrilpool vermisst man das Meer überhaupt nicht. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und top ausgestattet. Gerne werden wir ein weiteres Mal unseren Urlaub in der Villa Rosa verbringen.😊👍

Fabulous!!

We travelled from Nottingham, England and had a fantastic week at Villa Rossa. We were a family of 4 with 2 sons age 14 and 11 years. It is a very well equipped villa in a stunning setting. The focus on outside space is very well planned. It went on forever and had so many different spots all with amazing views of the mountains and ocean. The pool got the sun all day and was 26 degrees at 9pm at night! We also loved the hot tub with the lights twinkling and stars above in the evening. My sons enjoyed the table football and table tennis and there were lots of other games and books provided too. We took different day trips to Oliva and Denia which were lovely and close by (15 min drive) and nice and quiet. We also went to the water park in Benidorm (45 mins drive). Lidl was nearby and a huge shopping mall too. The best part was the villa itself. It was a magical and very comfortable week and we loved watching the sun set. The only minor thing that we thought was missing was access to a transportable parasol and loungers for the beach. Other villas we stayed in provided these and it would have been handy to have. Other than that everything was provided including a tall tower fan. Thanks to Tom and Karina for being so welcoming. We will definitely be back - it exceeded our expectations and we agree with other reviews that it is even better than the photos!!
