This review doesn't tell the truth. The house is exactly as advertised. The guests did not behave well, and unfortunately I had to use the deposit for the first time. It's a shame, but fortunately it was an exception.

Thomas was so understanding, communicated brilliantly throughout alongside Karla. So attentive. The villa was clean and beautiful, it was perfect. Perfect family getaway

We had a brilliant stay at this villa. The house had everything you need for a home away from home including a fantastic pool. It’s in a super location in Denia - with the villa nestled in a quiet residential area just a stone’s throw from shops and restaurants. You will need a car - it’s a 10-15 min drive to central Denia (loads of parking in Denia) but the villa is positioned up a series of steep hills and would take approx 1hr+ to walk (not appealing with kids especially in summer). The beaches in Denia are sandy and the water lovely to swim (with water sports available). Easy to travel to Valencia (highly recommend Oceanografic) and Alicante (both just 1 hour car trips) for day trips and Ibiza (2 hour ferry trip). Thank you to Thomas and Karla for being great hosts.

Mooi huis met echt een prachtige tuin. De eigenaar, meneer Fleischman was erg vriendelijk. We waren eigenlijk niet op tijd om de sleutel op te halen maar daar werd soepel mee omgesprongen. Onze zoon kon 's middags al de sleutel ophalen. Begin november was het weer nog goed genoeg om van het mooie zwembad te genieten. Al met al een heerlijke week gehad.

Wir verbrachten 2 sehr schöne Urlaubswochen in einem tollen Ferienhaus. Alle Kontakte mit Frau Schwarz und Herrn Fleischmann waren sehr herzlich und hilfreich. Dieses Ambiente können wir nur bestens weiterempfehlen. Eine Wiederholung im nächsten Jahr ist schon geplant. Toll.

Ich komme wieder!

Nach 35 Jahren war ich wieder in Denia. Wollte mir bekannte Orte/Stätten und evtl. alte Kontakte auffrischen. Das hat gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist einfach super. Das Grundstück sehr schön angelegt. Den Pool habe ich fast täglich genossen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett (nur tel. Kontakt). Die örtliche Servicefee war immer sofort da, wenn Sie gebraucht wurde.

Super,super schön. Das Haus ist für einen Sommerurlaub genau richtig. Ausreichend eingerichtet. Man hält sich eh nur draussen auf. Der Aussenbereich ist ein Traum. Schatten, Sonne, Liegen, Palmen und viel Grün. Schöner Blick au Denia und das Meer. Abends sehr schöne Beleuchtung im ganzen Aussenbereich . Unbedingt zu erwähnen ist die gute Fee des Hauses. Karla kümmert sich um alles, damit Urlaub auch Urlaub bleibt. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist ruhig gelegen. Es ist eine Hanglage und die Sonne erscheint auf der Terasse im April zwischen 10 und 11 Uhr und ist dann den ganzen Tag zur Verfuegung. Der Pool war im April benutzbar (ungefaehr 20 Grad Wassertemperatur...bei Aussentemperatur zwischen 23 und 26 Grad im Schatten. Die Innenausstattung liess keine Wuensche offen. Wifi funktioniert gut und die Betten sind fuer die gewohnten Verhaeltnisse in solchen Haeusern besser als ueblich. Kochutensilien waren komplett und ein ausgezeichneter Gasgrill incl. Gas stand zur Verfuegung. Frau Schwarz kuemmerte sich vor Ort um Schluesseluebergabe und Pool und es war eine angenehme Sache. Alles ging mit Hilfe von Tel. und Whats Up wie schwerelos. Parken "tut" man direkt vor dem Haus, nachdem man mit einer Fernbedienung das Tor geoeffnet hat. Terasse und Vorhof sind von Nachbarn nicht einsehbar.

Sehr schöne Immobilie, wer es klassisch Spanisch mag! Lage perfekt im schönen Viertel von halbe Hang Höhe vom Montgo Hsusberg.Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter und Haushaltshilfe ein Schatz! Beide jederzeit erreichbar und waren eine tolle Unterstützung zu allen Fragen und Wünsche. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Villa au jardin luxurieux idéalement située

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la villa de Thomas et avons plus qu apprécié son jardin, la piscine, le calme et sa situation proche du centre de Dénia. Thomas est un hôte disponible et attentionné (cadeau de bienvenue apprécié🍷😉), et Karla réactive en cas de problème rencontré ou question. Des petits conseils pour améliorer encore plus son confort (même si ce peut être des petits détails) et les futurs séjours : un réfrigérateur plus grand ou autre d appoint serait idéal surtout pour conserver les boissons au frais, remplacer le fer à repasser de voyage par un standard. Nous recommandons à 100% la villa de Thomas de bon rapport qualité/prix et ne manquerons pas de revenir à l occasion🤩. Sophie

Wir waren Ende Juni/Anfang Juli zu Gast in dieser schönen Finka. Alles ist wie Beschrieben und noch schöner. Es wurde wirklich an alles Gedacht um den Aufenthalt so bequem wie Möglich zu machen. Selbst Stühle/Schirm für Strandbesuche sind vorhanden. Man kommt an und kann direkt den Urlaub genießen. Karla und Thomas sind jederzeit erreichbar und unheimlich Hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen :) Danke für den schönen Urlaub!!!

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Übergabe hat gut geklappt, alles war sauber und der Garten wunderschön. Aufgrund des Windes der recht häufig ab 17 Uhr auffrischt muss man öfter mal kehren und den Pool säubern. Aber das hält einen in Bewegung! Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit einem sehr netten Vermieter.

Super schöner Außenbereich

Wir hatten schöne 14 Tage Urlaub in den Osterferien. Wettermäßig war alles dabei. Sogar den Pool haben wir genutzt obwohl er ...kalt war 😄. Ein gutes Buch lesen oder einfach chillen auf der großen Sitzlandschaft hat das Leben echt entschleunigt. Das einzige das man monieren könnte, wäre die eher reduzierte aber trotz allem ausreichende Küchenausstattung. Die Sitzgruppe ist eher für zwei, aber Fern gesehen haben wir ja eher selten. Alles in allem war es sehr schön. Und zum Schluss ein großes Lob für den netten Vermieter und seine Bekannte, welche sich um die Formalitäten kümmert und immer ansprechbar ist. LG

Mini-paradise in Dénia

The house is really nice as on the picture. Thomas and Karla (on site) are good and comprehensive hosts. There is a small but practical super-market at 5 mn. What to say more ? we will come back !
