Die Wohnung an sich ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist schön kühl und es ist eine ruhige Gegend.Es könnte aber etwas sauberer sein.Auch sind überall Spinnen und andere unannehmlichkeiten.Das Wasser ist ziemlich verkalkt.

Erholsam und entspannter Kurzurlaub

Angenehm, ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Vorsicht...es sind keine Geschirrtücher, Handtücher, Bettwäsche vorhanden. Da fehlt ein Hinweis im Inserat...ansonsten war alles okay, Betten bequem und ein kleiner Gartenabschnitt, wo man ungestört die Sonne genießen konnte.

Saubere und schöne Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Urlaub benötigt.Wir empfanden die Wohnung nicht als kalt.Zum Stand war es ein Fußweg von ca 30 min, aber so lernt man die Stadt direkt kennen.Kinderzimmer mit Hochbett und einem Einzelbett ausgestattet, was super für unsere Kids.Wir können die Unterkunft für einen Urlaub/Kurzurlaub empfehlen.

Gut sortiertes Kellerapartment

Wir waren als Familie nun eine Woche in Grömitz und müssen echt sagen, dass es uns dort recht gut gefallen hat. Das Apartment ist gut sortiert, sauber und eingerichtet.

Vorsicht..... richtiger Keller und feucht

Checkin zu spät.( nicht freigeschaltet) Kellerwohnung, richtig grausam. Wohnzimmerfenster im Kellerschacht, genau wie das Schlafzimmer… Haben keine Luft bekommen wegen dem Geruch. Gleich wieder abgereist……

Die Wohnung an sich okay, alles drinn was man braucht, WLAN, sogar auch Geschirrspüler, ABER das muss ich einfach sagen: das ist eine Kellerwohnung, sehr dunkel und kalt, wenn man sich da drinnen befindet, denkt man, dass draußen trüb und regnerisch ist, wenn man Treppe hoch geht scheint die Sonne draußen ,wir mussten die ganze Zeit mit Socken und Schuhen drin rumlaufen, der Boden eisig kalt ( wir waren im Juli da!)und wir mussten das elektrische Licht immer anmachen auch am heiligen Tage wenn die Sonne scheint.... Kinder Etagenbett hat bei jeder Bewegung gequitscht und gewackelt, sodass die Kinder sich beschwert haben, sie können nicht einschlafen, dann haben wir die Matratze von oben auf den Boden draufgelegt...na ja... Bis zum Strand sind es nicht 15 Minuten wie angegeben, sondern 24 Minuten! Man musste die Wohnung selber putzen, ansonsten hätte der Besitzer 100€ für die Endreinigung verlangt! Fazit: Wir werden diese Wohnung nicht wieder anmieten wollen. LG

Luft nach oben...

Das Positive vorweg. Es ist eine kleine gemütliche WHG. Gut ausgestattet und trotz des Kellergeschosses schön hell. Gut für einen Kurztrip in schöner Lage. Leider war der Zugang zur WHG (ca.15 Treppenstufen) komplett vereist und verschneit,was das Betreten zur "Lebens"-Gefahr machte. Die Stufen mussten wir mit einem alten Kehrblech selber freihacken.Wir erhielten vorab den Hinweis,dass es eine Treppe gäbe (meine Mutter ist 97) aber diese hätte zumindest geräumt und gestreut sein können. Dazu war die Wohnung nicht wirklich gereinigt. Viele Spinnweben, Haare vom Vorgänger auf dem Bett, Kinderfäustling neben der Matratze eingeklemmt, Kaffemaschine defekt, der Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig... Mit ein paar kleinen Handgriffen / Korrekturen hat die gemütliche WHG in der Bewertung noch Luft nach oben.
