An ideal base for leisurely exploring the city, the beach, and the harbour.<br>Your holiday apartment, located in the heart of the Hafenspitze district, is easily accessible by car thanks to its private parking space in the building’s underground garage, which is equipped with an lift to the residential floors. <br><br>Here’s what you’ll find:<br>The holiday apartment, measuring just under 80 square metres, is located on the mezzanine level (1.70 metres above the pavement), is stylishly furnished, and is very bright thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The living-dining area is pleasantly spacious and features a high-quality sleeper sofa (sleeping surface 160x200 m). The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living area and offers amenities that leave nothing to be desired. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room. In the cosy bedroom, you’ll sleep on a very high-quality box-spring bed. The balcony, overlooking the lush inner courtyard, invites you to linger. An oasis of tranquility!
