House equipped for 4 people with everything necessary for perfect sun and beach vacations. Ideal location with impressive views of the lake and mountain, located just 200 meters from the beautiful beach of Puerto de Alcudia.



The house is distributed over two floors with space for 4 people. Enjoy outdoor meals on the beautiful covered terrace with barbecue. Sunbeds in the charming garden will allow you to tan under the Mallorca sun. Outdoor shower where you can refresh and remove sand when you arrive from the beach, you can dry yourself with one of the beach towels included in the accommodation. Spacious living-dining room with wifi and Smart TV connected to the outdoor area and kitchen.



The bedrooms are located on the first floor. Wake up with mountain views from the double bedroom. Two more bedrooms with single beds are located on the first floor next to the bathroom with bathtub. In addition, the house has a toilet.



Live unique sunsets thanks to the excellent location just a few meters from everything you need and just 200 meters from the spectacular Alcudia Port beach known for its white sand and crystal-clear waters. Great walk around the lake where you can enjoy pleasant moments with family or friends.

Apartment 1 minute away from the beach

The apartment is very nice, beautifully clean, and there is also a shower in the garden. Communication was easy to Ideal Property Mallorca team, getting into the house is very easy. The apartment also has a private parking lot. The apartment is fully equipped, it has everything, it is very convenient and comfortable. They awaited our arrival with cold wine and water and fruits, which was very good for us after the long flight. The sea is a 1-minute walk away. Shops and restaurants are everywhere nearby. The beach is white sand, long, has umbrellas and is wonderful. I can only recommend it to everyone!

Great stay

Everything was great (apart from small things mentioned below). The small, standing lamp in the living room did not work, nor did the lamp outside, near the grill - above the table. Especially the one in the living room would be useful in months where the sun goes down early. The main lamp in the living room makes a strange noise which can get annoying after a while. All air-conditioning remotes but one had empty(used) batteries. We didn’t use air-conditioning, so it was not a problem - just a note for you.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage. Ideal für Familien. Sehr schöne Terrasse und Rasenfläche. Es war en sehr schöne 14 Tage. Das einzige was störte war die Wasserpumpe, im Schrank auf der Terrasse, die sich regelmässig zugeschaltet hat.

Fantástico!!!

Todo estuvo bien! La ubicación, la tranquilidad, la casa súper cómoda y equipada. Cuenta con parking que es un plus! Volveríamos sin dudas, al mismo lugar, misma casa! Lo único a tener en cuenta es informar a los huéspedes que cuentan con lavadora, sombrillas, heladera para playa, reposeras. Nosotras lo vimos en el último día. Solo como información! Después, todo impecable, gracias!!!!!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar- direkt am See und nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Perfekt für entspannte Tage am Wasser! Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief größtenteils problemlos. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Bettbezüge waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht ganz sauber. Abgesehen davon hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen!

Schönes Haus mit top Lage

Lage top, Strand zu Fuss in 5min. erreichbar. Privatsphäre im Garten. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Klimaanalage in jedem Zimmer separat gesteuert. Es waren sogar 2 Sonnenschirme für den Strand vorhanden. Die Musik vom Nachbarhotel vis-a-vis war gut hörbar (störte uns aber nicht). Einzige Minuspunkte oder Verbesserungsvorschläge: -Nachtvorhänge in den Schlafzimmer, da die Jalousien nicht komplett verdunkeln / kippen. -Sonnenmarkise auf dem Sitzplatz (Abendsonne)

Bien équipé mais environnement bruyant

Un logement bien équipé et agréable pour 4. La terrasse est spacieuse et la vue appréciable. L'accès à la plage à pied est un plus. La literie n'est cependant pas confortable et la salle de bain mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Le gros bémol vient de l'environnement bruyant. Une pompe très bruyante positionnée sur la terrasse se declenche très régulièrement, y compris la nuit. De plus, de l'autre côté du lac, un gros hôtel club organise des concerts / night club tous les soirs. On a l'impression d'y être. Pas évident si l'on veut dormir et se reposer. Ce n'est en rien de la responsabilité du logeur mais c'est dommage.

Hele fijne vakantie gehad in Alcudia!

Nenufars is een fijn appartement met een goede ligging. dicht bij strand, restaurants en winkels. het Appartement is schoon en als er iets ontbreekt dan is de communicatie met Ideal property Mallorca zeer prettig!
