Step into the renovated kitchen, and you will find stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and all the utensils and equipment you'll need to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay. Sliding doors provide direct access from the kitchen to the deck. All the bedrooms are comfortably appointed, and each has split-unit air-conditioning. Best of all, this ideally located home is just a short walk to the beach!

This home has strict good neighbor and noise policies, and no parties are allowed at any time.

The private pool is available seasonally from June to mid-September.

Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay and are the responsibility of guests to purchase once the provided stock runs out.

-Smoking is prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in forfeiture of deposits, additional cleaning charges, and smoking-related fees. Improper disposal of cigarette butts may also result in additional cleaning charges.

-Excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, unauthorized pets or guests, policy violations, or other issues requiring additional labor or remediation may result in additional charges depending on severity.

-Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

-Early check-ins may be available upon request and subject to availability.

-Upon arrival, please inspect the property and report any concerns or damages promptly. Failure to report issues upon arrival may result in guest responsibility for unreported damages.



Check-Out

-Check-out is strictly at 10:00 AM.

- We are unable to accommodate late checkouts due to Fire Island's limited laundry services and ferry schedules, which are essential to preparing the home for arriving guests.

-Unauthorized late departures that impact housekeeping or scheduling may result in additional charges, including charges equivalent to an additional night’s stay where applicable.
