With a cosy living room, a separate bedroom, and a sunny terrace, this accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to four people.

In the living room, featuring a sofa corner, a modern TV, and a Bose SoundTouch hi-fi system, you can relax to your heart’s content! Free Wi-Fi is available for checking emails and browsing the web on your smartphone.

The dining table is perfect for shared meals, which can be wonderfully prepared in the modern and very well-equipped kitchenette. With the induction stove, oven, and microwave, you can whip up the most delicious dishes! The dishwasher takes care of the cleanup.

When the sun sets on Rügen, a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2 m) awaits you in the separate bedroom. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping options.

Sun and Baltic Sea air are included with this holiday rental! On the nicely furnished south-facing terrace, you can look forward to the most wonderful moments of relaxation. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible children’s playground in the Wohnpark.

The stylish bathroom with a sink, shower, and heated towel rack rounds out the comfort of your stay.

General information:
A hair dryer in the bathroom is provided as standard. An iron, drying rack, and vacuum cleaner are available. You can park your car in the underground garage (No. 53). From the underground garage, you can access the basement, where you can store your bicycles (No. 10.6.). Pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding. This is also a non-smoking apartment. The apartment is located in Building 10 of the Wohnpark.

A wonderfully relaxing holiday awaits you at the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” on Rügen! The complex is situated on the sunny Klünderberg (more of a hill with a 12% gradient) and offers a picturesque view of “Schmachter See.”

The residential complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is very well-maintained and spaciously laid out. It is situated in the heart of Binz yet in a beautiful, quiet location, as no through roads disturb the peaceful holiday atmosphere.

After about a ten-minute walk, you’ll find yourself on the shopping and strolling promenade. From the residential complex, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the promenade, or a 5-minute bike ride. Spending a sunny day at the beach, getting active, or sipping a cool cocktail at one of the beach bars offers the ultimate holiday experience!

The location of “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” is ideal for beach and nature lovers alike, as well as for active holidaymakers. The Granitz forests with their hiking trails, the “RASENDER ROLAND” train stop, and the tennis courts are all in the immediate vicinity. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible children’s playground in the Wohnpark.
