Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Die Nähe zum Strand und zur Hauptstraße in max. 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Rasender Roland und REWE ganz um die Ecke. Und dazu noch der schöne Wald. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen.

Erholsamer Ostsee Urlaub

Das Apartment entspricht genau den vorhandenen Bildern und liegt oben auf dem Klünderberg im weniger frequentierten Bereich von Binz, was sehr angenehm ist. Trotzdem ist man schnell am Strand und am eigenen Strandkorb. Auch eine feine Sache. Einziges Manko: das Haus war eingerüstet und an 2 Tagen waren Handwerker vor Ort, worüber wir leider nicht vorab unterrichtet worden sind. Durch sehr nette Intervention der Agentur haben wir aber einen Teil des Geldes zurück bekommen. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Preis - Leistung passt

Sehr schöne, relativ ruhige Lage. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, sowie ins Zentrum. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Balkon ist überdacht so kann man auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter draußen sitzen und den Ausblick auf die Ostsee genießen. Parkgarage allerdings sehr eng zu befahren.

Tolle Wohnung, toller Urlaub! Garage ist eine Katastrophe… viel zu eng!!! Zum Be und Entladen ist die Garage zu weit von der Wohnung.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist großartig, man kann sogar bei Regen draußen sitzen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden uns wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden.
