For an additional fee per guest, fresh towels and bed linens will be provided upon your arrival.



The holiday rental in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Binz is located near the centre. It’s only about 950 m to the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea. You can reach Lake Schmachter and its romantic lakeside promenade in just 2 minutes. The Baltic Sea resort of Binz is located near the UNESCO Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve and Jasmund National Park, both featuring magnificent, unspoiled nature.

A free parking space is available right next to the house. Bicycles—whether you bring your own or rent them locally—can be stored safely in a storage room.



A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the building’s basement (for a fee).
A new addition is an infrared sauna, designed to enhance your well-being—not just during the cold season!

Charming Holidays Holiday Rental with Balcony:

The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of an apartment building and measures 65 square metres. It has been furnished in a modern and comfortable style and offers space for up to 4 adults to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The hallway, which features a coat rack, leads directly into the living area. The bright and stylishly furnished living room includes a sleeper sofa, armchairs, a table, cabinets, a radio, and a modern flat-screen TV. The separate small kitchen is equipped with a stove with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, a separate oven, and a kettle.



In the large, quiet bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed with nightstands and reading lamps, as well as a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom and living room both open onto the beautiful balcony with seating.



For an additional fee, fresh towels and bed linens will be provided upon your arrival.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Please book a cot and high chair separately. A free parking space is available right next to the house. Bicycles you bring with you or rent on-site can be stored safely in a storage room.
