Located in East Hampton, this gorgeous house offers a terrific retreat for guests. It is located on a quiet, tree-lined residential street (no through traffic), just a quick five minutes drive to the the village of East Hampton and a ten minutes drive to Sag Harbor, With three bedrooms featuring a king, queen, and two twin beds with a trundle, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with a marble countertop double vanity and a glass shower) and the other two bedrooms have a full bathroom to share, also with marble double vanity and a glass shower. A powder room is on the first floor off the laundry room.

Enjoy the chef's kitchen with granite countertops, a 48 inch Thermador gas range, a Thermador double oven and a Bosch dishwasher.

Beautiful outdoor shower!

The backyard is sun-drenched with mature landscaping. The patio has Crate & Barrel outdoor teak furniture and offers a large 20 x 40 heated pool.

The house is in immaculate condition and offers the perfect East Hampton guest experience.

Wonderful stay in East Hampton. The home is beautiful, private, incredibly peaceful, and perfectly located, just minutes from the village while still feeling completely secluded. We especially loved the heated pool and outdoor space, which our family enjoyed every day.There is a real attention to detail throughout the property. Everything in the house is thoughtfully organized and labeled, which made settling in and enjoying the home incredibly easy. The interiors are beautifully designed with a very calm, comfortable feel that suits the setting perfectly.Sven was an exceptional host, welcoming, attentive, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure we had a wonderful stay. We loved our time here and would absolutely return on our next trip to East Hampton. Highly recommended.
