Completed in 2019, the home blends modern design with relaxed beachside comfort, offering expansive indoor living areas, over 2,000 square feet of covered porches, and multiple outdoor spaces perfect for enjoying sunsets over the water.
Step outside to your private pool, stroll down your dedicated beach walkover, or take advantage of Carillon Beach’s community amenities, including access to Bellview Park Pool and the heated Lake Carillon Pool (heated November through May 1). Six adult bikes and an in-home elevator add even more convenience to your stay.
With direct beach access, wide-open Gulf views, and the peaceful atmosphere of one of the area’s most exclusive communities, this home offers a truly unforgettable coastal escape.
