Birthday Christmas trip

Nice house- excellent location. House is lacking kitchen items . Need more utensils and every appliance says it needs a filter change. Coffee maker needs an upgrade. Not big enough for large groups. Pool issues but they were addressed. Overall nice house

Family Trip

The place was beautiful! We loved the area! So much do whether you leave for the day or just hang out at the house, by the pool or on the beach! There were numerous lights out however even main ones for bathrooms. The pool security door took time to get used to. It is a main door that is used often when you use the pool or go by the beach. I feel like the custumer should have an iption to disarm it. I understand it is a safety issue but still. There are a lot of things in the house alone that the guest members do not get to use, certain kitchen accessories, elevator,garage,areas of home There are a lot of rules to follow too. Loved the place overall though. We enjoyed our stay.

Regarding the lights, we did not notice any burnt-out bulbs during our walk-through, but we truly appreciate your feedback and would have been more than happy to address the issue if requested during your stay. We understand that the pool security door can be a bit tricky, but it’s a state-mandated safety feature for child protection. There is a button to temporarily disarm it, and we’re always happy to assist with that if you need help. As for the areas of the house that are not for guest use, the Miele coffee machine is reserved for the owner’s personal use, and certain other spaces, like the elevator, are off-limits for safety and maintenance reasons. We try to keep these details clear in our listing and arrival information, but we appreciate your understanding. Garage doors are open for guest use Thank you again for your feedback, and we’re glad you overall had a great stay! We’d love to welcome you back in the future.

Awesome Family Spring Break

This property was just as described. We had a group of 24 ages 75 to almost 2 and everyone was comfortable in the home. There were plenty of bathrooms with all the en suite rooms and the half baths. The view is absolutely breathtaking. We all could have just sat outside in the pool or on the beach the entire time enjoying the house! The one thing I would recommend is having a few more dishtowels and bath towels in the bathrooms. The master only had two towels and there was only one dishrag in the kitchen. I would also recommend having a few leftover spices/cooking items in a cupboard. Other VRBO houses I have rented have had things left over from previous renters or the owner, but this property made sure you threw everything out when you left. It made it so there was waste when you need a little bit of cooking spray or maybe any spice besides salt and pepper. But those are very tiny things to say when the house is gorgeous and perfect for a group!

Lived up to the hype

We have rented many high end properties over the years.On 30A and else where. This house absolutely delivered what they said it would. Very modern with super open rooms.We brought a chef and the kitchen is set up beautifully with more than one oven, ice machine, multiple coffee makers etc… The outdoor balconies are great, not only in size, but comfortable furniture. Pool area has a box full of beach and pool toys and floaty things for kids… Really no need to bring your own. Outdoor is amazing with plenty of hot water… outdoor grill area is rockstar as well. Pool table is legit size and played very level..Sticks were quality and they had chaulk! Pool and hot tub were not heating on day 1 and the main brain on the system had fried..by the next day it was back up and running… kudos to their maintenance guys. Washer and dryer setup was great and yes they did have soap pods. 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella was set up each morning in front of the house on the beach. Only knock on the place….. Obviously in prime season 8k a night is heavy but i will say it delivered a setup unmatched for a large group. Location is really great beach wise but id say food is a bit tough restaurant wise, and I would encourage you to bring all food in the house if possible. Elevator looks beautiful but the owner DOES NOT want anyone using it so do not plan on that. If you have old family that cannot walk up several flights of stairs.. there are many choices of bedrooms that would allow less climbing.

When we arrived at the house it was still being cleaned, and when we did finally get inthere were still areas that were not clean. Also when we put the kids to bed in the bunk house the sheets had not been changed and were full of sand. Several of the electrical outlets in the house had no covers which was very concerning since we had several small children in the house. The house overall needed some maintenance. There was also a broken window in one of the rooms that we were not told about. We did like the kitchen and living area is was very spacious and fit our party of 20. For what I paid for this house I expected a lot more.

Family Vacation

This property is amazing! The house was beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The kitchen was incredibly equipped with top of the line appliances and plenty of dishes and utensils. We loved the bikes and they had plenty of beach chairs and towels. The location was perfect, close to everything. with the beach at your back door. The management team were very responsive to our every need from when we booked until the day we left. I can't wait to come back next year!
