The “Beachside” apartment is centrally located yet quiet in Westerland, just a few steps from the beach. With approximately 80 m² of living space, it can accommodate up to 6 people.

After long walks on the beach, the in-unit sauna in the bathroom invites you to relax and warm up.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a high-quality living area featuring a modern Opti-Myst electric fireplace, which creates a particularly cosy atmosphere with its realistic flames. A pull-out couch, an open-concept dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen round out the living space. From the living room, you have direct access to the sunny garden with a patio, dining area, and cosy lounging spots.

A staircase leads down to the basement, where you’ll find a bright, fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower, a private sauna for up to three people, and a washing machine. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double box-spring bed, built-in closets, and a TV.

Another bedroom also features a comfortable box-spring bed and high-quality built-in closets. All rooms in the basement are brightly lit by natural light shafts.

The listed prices apply to occupancy by up to 2 people. A surcharge of €10.00 per day applies for each additional person.

Please note that the indoor swimming pool in the complex’s garden area is currently unavailable due to renovation work. An attractive alternative is the Sylter Welle swimming and wellness centre, located just a few steps away.
