The Janka holiday rental is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people.

You’ll be staying in a 2-room apartment on the basement level, measuring approximately 45 m², with a south-facing terrace. You’ll find a living/dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 500 m away.

The living room features a sofa, two armchairs, and a dining table for two, creating a cosy atmosphere. A flat-screen TV and a radio are available for your entertainment.

The separate kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop (no oven), a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes. The refrigerator with freezer compartment and the microwave are housed in a separate small room. The floors throughout the apartment are tiled and carpeted.

The bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) that invites you to dream. Of course, you can darken the room by closing the pleated blinds.

A shower room is also available for your use. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. An electric grill is available for shared barbecue evenings.

This apartment includes a parking space in front of the building. Bicycles can be parked right next to the house. If you’re arriving with more than one vehicle, please park the second car in the public (paid) car park.

The Janka holiday rental is located on a quiet side street. Shopping options are only about 300 m away.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).

The Janka holiday rental on Friedrich-Engels-Straße offers 2 rooms spread over 45 square metres, accommodating up to four people. The cosy, well-furnished rooms feature mostly wooden furniture, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Of course, you’re also welcome to use the seating area in the garden.
