Ferienwohnung "mette", Grömitz / Brenkenhagen

Our holiday rental "Mette" for 4–5 people
is located in the beautiful village of Brenkenhagen, about 3 km from Grömitz.

It shares a house with three other apartments right in the centre of our village, Brenkenhagen, and is located on the 1st floor.
The house is situated on a slope, so you’ll reach the apartment via a staircase in the hallway (30 steps).

It’s equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
- a large living area with two 3-seater sofas

- adjacent to the living area, you’ll find a large
dining table with six chairs for cosy meals and
games

- a fully equipped built-in kitchen with
a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven,
a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, and a Senseo - Pad -
coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, silverware,
glasses, salt and pepper, etc.
It is also integrated into the large living-dining room.

- In a small storage room, you’ll find
a microwave, vacuum cleaner, mop bucket and mop
, and a clothes rack.

The apartment is also equipped with a travel cot, high chair, and safety gate.

- Cleaning supplies, dish soap, tea towels, trash bags, and
dishwasher tablets are provided

- In the large master bedroom, you’ll find a
double bed (180 x 200, 2 single mattresses 90 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200),
satellite TV,
- Adjacent to it is the large bathroom with a sink, toilet
, and shower (120 x 90), a hair dryer, soap, and facial tissues.
The bathroom has a large window.

- The second bedroom features a double bed (2
single beds 90 x 200, which can be separated if needed)
and satellite TV
- The adjoining bathroom is just around the corner.
Equipped with: sink, toilet, shower, hair dryer, soap, and
facial tissues.
This bathroom also has a window.

- Bed linens and towels - Initial supply (
1 bath towel and 2 hand towels per person), bath mat, and
kitchen linens are included in the price of the final cleaning.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

From the large living-dining room, you can access the spacious balcony with seating, a grill, and a parasol. This leads to the master bedroom.

From the balcony, a spiral staircase leads directly into the garden. This gives you—and especially the children—direct access to the garden and a place to play.

The garden offers plenty of fun and games:
—a ping-pong table, swing, slide,
sandpit, garden vehicles, and much more.

The garden and its play equipment are available to guests staying in all of our properties.

Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.

A washing machine (for a fee) is available in the adjacent building.

The nearest petrol station and shopping area are approximately 2.5 km from Grömitz.
Many other shopping options can be found right in Grömitz.
