Located near the Zwillingsmühlen in a quiet part of Greetsiel, this modern ground-floor apartment sleeps 4 and features a furnished terrace.<br><br>The living/dining area features a high-quality built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, egg cooker, and iron, as well as plenty of dishes, glasses (including wine, champagne, and beer glasses), and silverware.<br><br>A large corner sofa and a flat-screen TV (satellite) with a DVD player (with USB functionality) invite you to relax. Books and a collection of games are also available. A portable radio/CD player is provided as well.<br><br>The floor is fully tiled. Except for the two bedrooms, the apartment features comfortable underfloor heating.<br><br>One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), while the other bedroom has two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and an additional TV. These rooms can be darkened with exterior blinds.
