ARRIVE AND FEEL AT HOME in the exclusively furnished and allergy-friendly upstairs apartment “Frieso am Siel” with a view of the Neue Greetsieler Sieltief.

Large, light-filled living/dining area with a stylish, fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, Saeco automatic coffee machine (Tchibo), toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, and much more. A wood-burning stove ensures cosy evenings during the colder months.

2 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and 1 in the attic studio with 2 single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). The attic studio also features an additional TV and seating. There is also a desk available there, providing a comfortable home office space. The natural-light shower room (rainforest shower) with a toilet and a hair dryer is also provided. Additionally, a separate guest bathroom is part of the upscale amenities.

There are exterior roller blinds in front of the bedroom windows, in the living area, and in front of the patio door. One of the bedrooms has a screen door.

The apartment features an automatic ventilation system, is powered by 100% green electricity, and the water is heated by solar panels on the roof.

Satellite TV with Wi-Fi, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system with MP3 capability, as well as an iron and ironing board and a clothes drying rack, are also included.

The apartment also features a furnished balcony with a parasol that seats up to 4 people, where you can enjoy pleasant moments with a view of the water.

The shared boat dock behind the house is the perfect spot for a cosy get-together or as a destination for a boat tour (boats available for rent at the harbour) on the Greetsiel canals.

The non-smoking apartment is suitable for people with allergies and is just a few minutes’ walk (approx. 7 min.) from the beautiful Greetsiel harbour.

The house comes with a parking space and a garden shed with an electrical socket for bicycles you bring along.

Pets are not allowed.

The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vastness of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
