A beautiful, cosy ground-floor holiday apartment with a terrace and garden, located right next to the Zwillingsmühlen. It’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town centre and shopping options (bakery, Edeka), yet the apartment is in a quiet location. It was completed in June 2020, and the garden features a beech hedge.

The holiday rental features two bedrooms, both of which are equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a full-sized closet, additional storage space, and a TV (Smart TV). Both bedrooms can also be darkened using electric exterior blinds.

The living area impresses with its modern, high-quality furnishings and plenty of natural light. All rooms are tiled, with the exception of the bedrooms, which feature a cosy wood-look plank floor. The entire holiday rental has underfloor heating. In the living area and in the bedrooms, fly screens keep out unwanted guests. Pleated blinds provide privacy in all rooms.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances (oven, ceramic cooktop, extra-large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, Philips Senseo pod coffee maker, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, tea set, and much more).

The living room features a cosy and comfortable corner sofa and a large TV (Smart TV). The radio is equipped with DAB+, a Bluetooth interface for using streaming services via your own smartphone, and a Wi-Fi interface for receiving Internet radio. An extensive collection of games and books (including East Frisian crime novels) promises relaxing hours in the apartment.

The spacious and bright bathroom features a walk-in shower, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer, as well as plenty of practical storage space for your bathroom essentials.

A washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron, and cleaning supplies are located in the storage room. It’s large enough to store your luggage.

You’ll find a partially covered, furnished terrace with a south-facing umbrella, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning. A lockable storage shed is available for the bicycles you bring with you. E-bikes can be charged here. A bike rental shop is located on the next street corner. The apartment includes a parking space.

The apartment is suitable for people with allergies. Therefore, pets are unfortunately not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The “Koralle,” “Mühlenblick,” and “Sonne und Meer” accommodation is located in the same building, should you need more space.

From fish sandwiches to exclusive set menus, the local restaurants offer a wealth of authentic delights. You’ll find maritime charm in the numerous fishermen’s taverns. Stroll through picturesque alleys and visit the Twin Mills. In the evening, return to the cosy atmosphere at Dieklöper to wind down the day—perhaps with a good glass of wine.
