Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, ensuring every guest enjoys a restful and inviting stay. All bedrooms are conveniently located on the second floor, creating a private and comfortable sleeping area for your group. At the top of the stairs, you’ll find the queen bedroom on the left side, along with the second bedroom featuring two queen beds. These two rooms are connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, offering both convenience and shared access while still maintaining privacy. On the right side of the hallway is the spacious master bedroom, featuring a comfortable king bed and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the lake, beach, or community amenities.

Our bathrooms are stocked with essential toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, to ensure a comfortable stay. The home features 2.5 bathrooms for added convenience.On the main floor, there is a half bathroom for easy guest access. The second is a Jack and Jill bathroom shared between Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, and the third is a full ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom.Perfect for getting ready or winding down, all bathrooms are well-equipped for a relaxing stay.

The community offers lake and beach access during the summer months. There is an indoor heated pool open year-round (closed Tuesdays), as well as an outdoor pool available seasonally (open from Memorial Day through Labor Day).The community center is open daily and features a bar and grill, indoor game room, playground, volleyball court, and tennis court. Please refer to the house rules for daily pass and fee information.Guests can rent a boat or bring their own for fishing. There is a $15 boat registration fee for personal boats, and only electric motors are permitted—no gas motors allowed. A Pennsylvania fishing license is required for all fishing (approximately $30 and available through the PA Fish & Boat Commission website). The lake has plenty of bass and other fish, and fishing is catch and release only.

✔For VRBO or direct bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.

⚠️ For summer 2026, please note that the community outdoor pool schedule is open daily from 11 AM to 7 PM, except on Wednesdays (weather permitting).

The indoor pool is open from 11 AM to 7 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays, and from 11 AM to 9 PM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Please note it is closed on Tuesdays.

✔ This property can host a maximum of 8 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.

✔ For the safety and privacy of everyone, guests are strictly prohibited from entering neighboring properties—including their yards, docks, and driveways—at any time. Please do not use or access any watercraft or equipment that does not belong to our property. Unauthorized use of neighboring property may be considered trespassing and could result in fines or immediate termination of your stay.

✔ Setting off any fireworks is strictly prohibited and illegal

✔ No smoking of any kind indoors. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $500 fine plus any extra cleaning costs.

✔ Please be aware that the local community may issue a burn ban at any time. During a ban, all open flames—including campfires, fire pits, and any form of outdoor burning—are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from local authorities and immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the area safe.

✔ Please note that we allow a maximum of two dogs per stay for a pet fee of $150. This fee should be automatically added to your booking when you include your pets at the time of reservation.

✔ Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

✔ Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.

✔ Please do not move any furniture during your stay. Moving furniture can cause scratches on the new floors and may lead to damage if placed on or too close to baseboard heaters.
