Large, beautiful, comfortable villa "Armonia". 5 km from the centre of Jávea - El Arenal, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach. Private: garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue house, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Avenida del Pla" 4.6 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 4500 km, shingle beach "Montañar" 6000 km. Golf course (9 hole) 9 km. Please note: car recommended.
