In the house you expect to approx 100sqm a more generous living and dining area with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed 2X2,20m and a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. Who wants to have a restful stay in his vacation or something would like unternemen in the area is the right place. Nearby there is a restaurant, a tennis court, a playground and a bar and the beauty institute is directly nebean by 10% as a tenant on all treatments! The next shopping facilities is located 2 km away. One of the most beautiful beaches in the region can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. The cottage is ideal for 4 adults but there is a possibility for an extra bed if the person is a child of 5. There is the possibility to rent a stick or Wifi Internet free. WE SPEAK GERMAN, ENGLISH AND SPANISH!
