The Space:
Spacious villa with stunning views and private pool. The house is at the foot of the Montgo Mountain Natural Park. This spacious holiday home is ideal for large families or for traveling with friends.

The house has a very large pool terrace with sun loungers and another terrace in the upper part with a very large summer kitchen (with dishwasher) and a barbecue area. A pergola provides the necessary shade on the living and dining terrace, which has various seats and tables.

The house is divided over a total of 3 levels. It has a very spacious living-dining area with comfortable furniture. The spacious kitchen (with dishwasher) leads directly to the summer kitchen in the garden. In total there are 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.

On the upper floor there is a bedroom (with air conditioning) and a bathroom en-suite; on the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (each with air conditioning) and 3 bathrooms (one en-suite);
in the basement there is a spacious lounge with breakfast kitchen and 4 bedrooms (each with air conditioning) and 4 bathrooms (2 of which are en-suite).

The garden is spacious and offers plenty of space for children - there are many different seating areas where you can retreat. There is also a large parking lot where several cars can be parked. Table tennis available.

Guest Access:
The distance to the beach is about 5 km; good restaurants are within 1 km, supermarket 2 km. Bus stop about 500 m. Walking distance to the old town of Javea about 40 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
Families with children are preferred or couples over 25 years of age. No groups with singles. Dogs are not possible.
