The complex is ideal for family or friends who wish to holiday together but who each prefer to have their own private accommodation. This means that you can all enjoy the gardens, pool and barbecue areas but each have your own villa to sleep in.

There are 4 villas in total, each sleeping 4 with 2 bedrooms (1 double room and 1 twin), ensuite shower room and guest bathroom, open-plan kitchen to the lounge. Outside each villa has a covered terrace with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor eating and watching the children by the pool.

The complex has its own BBQ, off street parking and is perfect for family gatherings with kids or for groups of friends wanting the complex all to themselves.

At only 1.2 km from the nearest supermarket and restaurants, the Arenal sandy beach area is just 3.5 km with all its shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. At only 1.6 km, the nearest beach of La Caleta is perfect for swimming, snorkelling and fishing. The Javea Tennis Club is in the Arenal area and the Golf Club is a close 10 minute drive away.
