Delightful holiday complex in Javea on the Costa Blanca. Four cottage-style villas are set in lovely flat mature gardens with lawns, pine and palm trees and each one with a view to the pool.

The complex is ideal for family or friends who wish to holiday together but who each prefer to have their own private accommodation. This means that you can all enjoy the gardens, pool and barbecue areas but each have your own villa to sleep in.

There are 4 villas in total, each sleeping 4 with 2 bedrooms (1 double room and 1 twin), ensuite shower room and guest bathroom, open-plan kitchen to the lounge. Outside each villa has a covered terrace with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor eating and watching the children by the pool.

The complex has its own BBQ, off street parking and is perfect for family gatherings with kids or for groups of friends wanting the complex all to themselves.

At only 1.2 km from the nearest supermarket and restaurants, the Arenal sandy beach area is just 3.5 km with all its shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. At only 1.6 km, the nearest beach of La Caleta is perfect for swimming, snorkelling and fishing. The Javea Tennis Club is in the Arenal area and the Golf Club is a close 10 minute drive away.

Loved the fact that as a family unit we all had our own space. However, the property is quite old and could maybe do with a bit of renovation.

Every thing was just great. Very traditional Spanish build, split into 4 individual villas which gave us all chance to be together and also escape into our own space. Pool was a good size for all of us, fantastic to find a place that actually has enough sun loungers for everyone. The children enjoyed the garden and a real extra treat was the kiddies pool.Having swimming towels provided were a great additionI would recommend it to any large party.Please remove the following piece, just thought it would be nice to add an observation ..Just two things that would have been really helpful... For the mum's, maybe just one oven for throwing some chips in for the little ones or even an air fryer ...and a couple of umbrellas again for the little ones or as in our case the gingers !!
