We warmly welcome you to Marktstraße 23-25.
Here you’ll find a house steeped in history dating back to the 17th century.
Unwind and enjoy a wonderful time in a quiet location in the heart of Wernigerode’s Old Town.
From here, you can reach the city’s sights in just a few steps; the convenient location invites you to take walks and go on long hikes.
The holiday rental is located in a section of the building that was built around 1900 and has a separate entrance.
You’ll have approximately 100 square metres of living space spread over two floors.
On the upper floor, you’ll find the cosy and spacious living room, the fully equipped kitchen, and the terrace.
On the lower floor, there are three bedrooms and the bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make self-catering on holiday a breeze, while the living and dining area, with its comfortable furniture, invites you to linger.
The terrace is accessible from the kitchen. There, you can relax comfortably and enjoy meals outdoors in the summer.
Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, and one bedroom has a single bed.

Prices:
• The apartment costs €110.00 per night for 2 people; each additional person costs €20.00 per night.

• If you cancel 14 days before arrival, we will refund 100% of the rental price paid.
• If you cancel 7–13 days before arrival, we will refund 50% of the rental price paid.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.

For guests arriving by car, paid parking is available on Marktstraße and in the surrounding area.
Check-in: daily from 3:00 p.m. (or by prior arrangement)
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
