Vacation home with a lake view and a private pool, just 2 minutes from Lake Wörthersee

General Information:<br><br>Our Schellander holiday complex is located in Auen near Velden (450 m above sea level) in a quiet area on the idyllic southern shore of Lake Wörthersee.<br><br>Our guests have found the magnificent view of nearby Lake Wörthersee, as well as the proximity to our private swimming area (a 2-minute walk away), to be very pleasant. <br><br>Our swimming area is a natural gem, and guests can use our rowing boat, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a surfboard (which can also be used for paddling) free of charge. <br>Since the area is partly a natural reed bed, access to the water is only possible via the dock. <br><br>If guests—including those with children—would like to enjoy additional amenities by the lake, they can do so at the beach resort just 250 m away, where they can relax and enjoy a swim. <br>The beach resort also features an Italian restaurant where guests can enjoy a meal or a coffee, among other things, while taking in the magnificent lake view during their visit.<br>The beach resort also offers the following recreational activities:<br>water skiing, hang gliding, banana boat rides, pedal boat rentals, table tennis, surfing, a children’s playground, a water slide, a Kneipp stream, beach volleyball, and a shallow children’s swimming area. Admission is affordable, ranging from 3 to 5 euros per day. <br>However, guests can also use our complimentary “Wörthersee plus Card” to enjoy one free admission. <br><br>The popular town of Velden, home to the castle hotel made famous by the TV series, is just 2.5 km away. Here you’ll find cosy restaurants, a casino, and bars right on the lakeshore, as well as supermarkets and shopping opportunities. Shows featuring jugglers and acrobats take place regularly.<br><br>Our mild, warm, almost Mediterranean climate, our proximity to the lake and the forest, and our beautiful, unique gardens invite you to relax and have a positive effect on your well-being. <br><br>Here, the guest is king, and we always strive to make our guests’ holiday more enjoyable and to meet their needs. <br>That’s why we ask our guests to let us know if anything is missing or if they have any other requests.<br>We are happiest when we can make our guests happy as well.<br><br>About the Accommodation<br><br>Seeblick 1 is one of four apartments in the Schellander holiday complex and comprises the right-hand, mirror-image half of the bungalow, with a completely separate, private entrance and a private terrace, and accommodates 2–4 people. <br>The holiday apartment is nestled in our beautifully landscaped garden area with a lawn for sunbathing, lounge chairs, and umbrellas, and you can enjoy the lake view from the apartment itself, as well as from the terrace and the lawn.<br><br>Interior:<br>Lake View 1 features an optimal floor plan and ample storage space. It measures 45 square metres and includes a living-bedroom with a double bed, a sofa, a dining area with armchairs (corner bench), and a built-in kitchen with 2 hot plates, an exhaust fan, a smoke detector, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle.<br>Tea towels, paper towels, and dish soap are provided.<br><br>There is also a small room with a bed.<br> A sofa that pulls out and can be used as a 4th bed. <br>Due to its size, this 4th bed should only be used by children or smaller adults.<br><br>The third bed costs 30 euros per day.<br><br>Bedding is provided.<br><br>Shower/toilet with a hair dryer, plus towels, toilet paper, and a soap dispenser.<br>Vacuum cleaner, smoke detector<br><br>Free satellite TV, wall-mounted radio, and safe<br><br>Terrace:
