You will have the entire unit to yourselves! Please contact Jake or Caity through the app if you have any questions or issues. We will not be on premise at the time of arrival and will provide your entry code with the check in details the morning of your arrival. If there are any issues we will send support quickly.

This complex has several full time residents that are our neighbors. Please respect the quiet hours and our warm mountain community.

We will provide you with your personalized code to get into the unit the morning of your arrival. There is a shared hot tub on the premise and the code will be sent with check in details and located in your guest guidebook.

Wake up to the peaceful sound of the river at this spacious and inviting retreat. The open concept living space is designed for connection and relaxation, featuring comfortable couches, two TVs, and plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring. There is a shared hot tub within the complex.

Our unit features a open main floor with living room, master bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom, and a large half bath and laundry combo. Upstairs you will find a spacious loft, complete with queen sized bed and a full size pull out couch with memory foam mattress. There is also a desk for those who would like to work remotely.


This unit has a Responsible Agent, whose chief purpose is to respond to an external complaint submitted to the local government regarding the renter's stay in this unit. If the local government receives a complaint about the renter and it contacts the Responsible Agent, the renter will be charged for the Responsible Agent's response with a cost of a $35 flat fee plus $100 per hour charged in 6-minute increments until the complaint is resolved.

There is plenty of free parking on the premise, please be respectful of other guests and full time neighbors and park towards the front of the complex if you have more than 2 vehicles. Do not park in the dentist office parking lot. There are several shuttle options available to Summit County from Denver International Airport if you choose not to drive. The Summit Stage Bus System is free for everyone and the closest stop is located across the highway at Target.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and help us maintain the home, please review the following:

Occupancy
-Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
-No parties, events, or large gatherings.

Damages
Any damages or issues must be reported promptly. Guest may be responsible for excessive damage or missing items.

Furniture & TVs
Please do not move furniture or disconnect electronics.

BBQ Grill
There is an electric BBQ grill located on the balcony. Only electric grills are allowed due to fire restrictions. Please make sure the grill is turned off, cleaned and covered immediately after use. Please unplug the grill and return the electronic grill controller to the kitchen.
